This was done by Destiny Translations, Magic Translations, Gaijin Productions and The Vale I believe. Those who have known of DoaE2 for a while have known that it has been translated only recently (2001? 2002 maybe?).
Liu Bei's kingdom of Shu fell to the stronger nation of Wei in reality yet in Destiny of an Emperor II the goal is to aid Liu Bei in uniting China. For those unfamiliar with the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", this is all based in late 2nd and early 3rd century China. However, Destiny of an Emperor II is a more accurate (not perfect certainly)portrayal of Liu Bei's attempt at restoring the Han. b) Destiny of an Emperor II Story and Gameplay In gameplay, Destiny of an Emperor II is very similar to it's prequel Destiny of an Emperor.
